Pokemon World Regions

I am a huge Pokemon fan
And decided to pierce together most of the regions of the pokémon world. I used pokemon.wikia.com to get the idea of where everything was placed.

UPDATE:

I have updated the map a bit.
Unova is moved further away. And Sinnoh is made into an Island, as it is stated in the anime.

I have also added New Island (Mewtwo's Lab island)
Turtle Island (island ruled by Squirtle, Wartotle and Blastoise)
Mystery Garden (Place ruled by a Venusaur where Bulbasaur come to evolve)
as well as Charific Valley (A mountain area for Charizard in Johto).
